We designed this apartment for a young married couple who want to concentrate on the family business in the next couple of years and do not plan to have children yet. The challenge was to design a beautiful, contemporary space with a focus on real textures and materials. The owners love dark wood, natural materials, marble and textures that are pleasant to the touch. They needed to create a stylish, contemporary apartment that wouldn't go out of date too quickly, given how fast interior design trends change. Therefore, we decided to focus on "eternal" materials: brass, metal, natural wood, marble, which will never go out of fashion. The common area is combined into a kitchen-living-dining room, the sleeping area is separated by decorative partitions, a wardrobe with lighting is also built into the sleeping block, given that the owners love beautiful clothes and accessories, the showcase closet itself looks like an attention-grabbing area, the lighting can be adjusted with using a dimmer. All textures and materials attract the eye and make you want to touch them.
The zones of the living-dining room and the kitchen are interconnected and smoothly flow into one another, the help looks very holistic due to the common color scheme. A bright accent lamp above the table attracts attention. In the TV area, we installed a rack with floor-to-ceiling mounts, behind the rack there is a finish of large-format mirrors, this technique allows you to increase the space. There is also a built-in door to other rooms behind the mirrored wall.
The sleeping area is quite cozy and everything in it invites to rest, subdued lighting, soft light adjustable with dimmers, the bed is made to order in a pleasant to the touch velor finish, the headboard is made of velor panel to the ceiling.
As we mentioned earlier, the owners of the apartment were asked to focus in the design on "eternal" materials that do not instantly become outdated when fashion and tastes change. And what could be more beautiful than a combination of marble, stone, brass and dark wood? They quite harmoniously continue the color scheme of the common area. The bathroom itself is quite spacious, and it also has a sick panoramic window. The apartment is on a high floor, so it offers absolutely amazing views. The bathroom is divided into 2 parts, the shower and the bath are located behind a frosted corrugated glass partition closer to the panoramic window (if desired, the windows are completely closed with dense blackout blinds with automatic control). In the area of the washbasin and bathroom, a lot of storage space has been designed: built-in wardrobes as well as a shelving unit with a tinted glass door.
